Women who vacationed once or twice a year were half as likely to feel depressed or stressed out as those who enjoyed less frequent R&R, according to a study of 1,500 Wisconsin women. What really shocked researchers: 23 percent took a vacation only once every two to five years and 19 percent just once every six years.
